The Public Authority for Housing Welfare, has signed an agreement with National Technologies Enterprises Company (NTEC) to create, build and operate a standardized ?Low Energy & Sustainable? Kuwaiti house in accordance with international standards, relying on the world?s best renewable energy technologies (solar, wind and photovoltaic), developed to suit Kuwait?s climate and environmental conditions.

NTEC will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance works, collecting data and carrying out the required studies including the results of the experiment to be submitted to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare by the end of the operating period.
NTEC will develop a training program for professionals in the Public Authority for Housing Welfare, and conducting it in collaboration with international institutes specializing in such technologies.
